5. Finally pour in shochu or vodka and store in a cool place. Generally speaking, it takes at least 3 months to drink, and it tastes better for half a year or more.

Tips

1. The original wine selected needs at least 20 degrees, and it is better to have no special smell. Therefore, Chinese liquor is not suitable. Generally, there are special wines for the plum plums sold in Japanese supermarkets. Of course, we can choose Japanese shochu or vodka.

2, the amount of rock sugar depends on your taste, you can increase or decrease as appropriate.

3. Need to be eliminated: damaged, rotten fruit, fruits and utensils that have not been washed and dried.
